IS THERE A WARRANTY?
Yes! We proudly offer a one-year limited warranty on all our fence installations.
RODDS FENCE LLC stands behind our products. We warranty to the original purchaser that all new fencing is free from defects in material and workmanship under normal and proper usage.
This warranty covers defects resulting from normal use and does not extend to changes caused by alteration, abuse, fire, flood, unstable soil, underground water conditions, checking, warping, or Acts of God.
Our obligation under this warranty is limited to the replacement of defective materials or reimbursement for costs, at the discretion of RODDS FENCE LLC.
Please note that this warranty is non-transferrable and applies solely to the original purchaser of the material.
ARE ESTIMATES FREE?
Yes! We provide on-site estimates, which is crucial for the success of any fencing project, at no cost to you. Simply schedule a date and time convenient for you and we will be there. It’s that easy. And it’s risk-free as an estimate appointment doesn’t obligate you to choose our services. We pride ourselves on delivering thorough and meticulous work, starting from the estimate phase all the way through to installation.
DO I HAVE TO GET A PERMIT?
In the state of New Jersey a permit is required when installing a fence, even if replacing an existing fence. You can obtain your permit yourself or we can obtain it for a small fee. If you have concerns or other questions about permits please contact us, we are happy to assist you.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO GET A FENCE?
The cost of fencing varies based on factors such as the type of material, height, length, finishes, terrain, and the level of labor required for installation. Given the complexity of these considerations, we provide complimentary on-site estimates to ensure that we provide you with an accurate and equitable price upfront. No surprises, no hassle.
WHAT'S YOUR PRICE PER FOOT?
We avoid pricing our fences based solely on per-foot measurements as it can be highly misleading. Many companies adopting this approach may overlook the additional installation costs, leading to discrepancies. Instead, we prioritize transparency and fairness by thoroughly assessing each project individually to determine the most equitable pricing.
SHOULD I BUY THE MATERIALS?
For every project we offer to procure materials to be sure they are tailored to meet your specific requirements. Please note that there is a brief waiting period while the materials are being sourced from our suppliers. Should you prefer to directly purchase the materials, we’re happy to provide guidance and assistance.
